Zhaap is a cutting-edge digital platform designed to simplify business management for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The platform provides a suite of tools to manage daily operations, financial records, and customer relationships seamlessly. Launched in December 2022, Zhaap has become a go-to solution for SMEs looking to streamline processes and grow efficiently.

My Role in the Project

As the Founder and Business Analyst for Zhaap, I spearheaded the development process, collaborating with a cross-functional team to bring the platform to life. I worked closely with designers, developers, and SMEs to ensure the product was user-focused and business-driven. My responsibilities included:

  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements from target users.
  • Designing workflows to optimize user experience.
  • Overseeing the development and testing phases to ensure the platform met quality standards.
  • Managing a lean budget while delivering robust features.
